Wine and Food

Richard and I are having peanut butter and jelly (grape) sandwiches for lunch today. We are considering the following wines:

-Prosecco (a bubbly)
-Chablis (unoaked)
-Riesling (stunning as always, and from the Plafz}

Any other suggestions?
