We had a fire last October and several floods since then. This morning a small aircraft crashed into our house. Uncle Joe said, "Good blog stuff."

Sabbatical

Richard and I are on sabbatical for the summer. We are collaborating on a paper (working title) "The Origin of Life, and What the Heck Does it Mean?"

We will be presenting our paper at the JFK School of Government in late September.

Richard has been wiggling his toes just to freak out the cats. Pretty darn hilarious.

ALF

Richard has been waking up with bruises on his right hand. We think an ALF (Alien Life Form) comes in through our sliding glass door and draws blood from
Richard.

GPS

Richard came into some money recently and bought a GPS device for our RAV 4. Richard thought GPS stood for "God protects sinners". Richard and I are not protected sinners, but we can get to the beach without missing a turn.
